When you begin a project on Brand Desk, your Producer will coordinate with the Artist(s) best suited to the project and manage every step of it from start to finish. You will always have access to the workflow via your Brand Desk portal, which ensures timely communication regarding progress and changes.

If something doesn’t meet your expectations, your Producer has your back. Our team approach means there are people who will step in if there’s a problem—and solve it—so that you can rest easy knowing you’re receiving exactly what you paid for. You always have the opportunity to provide feedback by rating your Producer. Brand Desk Administration follows up with all rating feedback to ensure high-quality customer service.

Absolutely! You own any materials you have purchased on Brand Desk, whether you choose to pay in full or use our interest-free financing plans. At your discretion, you may also add a Non-Disclosure Agreement to your project.

All Brand Desk services are pre-planned and orchestrated before we offer them to our customers. This makes it easy for you to follow an existing and tested set of directions and workflow. Clients do not need to think through the step-by-step process of bringing a service successfully to completion. And Producers and Artists have a structured system to follow that removes any ambiguity.

Brand Desk provides easy “protocol” selections that give you the power to control just how involved you want to be in the process.

• “Autonomous” protocol allows you to step away from the project, giving your Producer authority to approve Artists’ submitted drafts, offer feedback, and request revisions on your behalf. With this option, the project can proceed to completion automatically. When the project is finished, you may rate your Producer to let them know how well they did managing and bringing your project to completion.
• “Collaborative” protocol gives you the opportunity to personally review every
  Artist-submitted draft within a reasonable timeframe, approving it or requesting revisions. The project cannot proceed without your approval of each phase of the project.

All Brand Desk services are set at no-haggle prices based on current global rates for specific tasks and skill sets. This system helps you budget with confidence. You can purchase services a la carte, take advantage of no-interest financing, or accrue Service Credits through a monthly membership to apply to large-scale projects.

Everyone who buys a service on Brand Desk defaults to a Free Membership unless they choose to upgrade to a Paid Membership. A Free Membership provides access to one payment plan slot which can be used to finance any Brand Desk service and earn cash rewards by acquiring activity points. All customers, including Free and Paid Members, have the ability to earn additional payment plan slots as they increase their customer rank.

If you would like more than one payment plan to access multiple services on day one, you can choose to join a Paid Membership, which gives you the ability to instantly take advantage of up to ten different payment plans (depending on the membership tier you choose). When you earn enough points on Brand Desk, you will unlock the ability to use even more payment plans—beyond what your membership initially provided. Additionally, Paid Members receive Service Credits every month that can roll over for a maximum of 20 Service Credits banked on their account. Service Credits can be applied to any purchase as a discount and can be used to pay for unique requests submitted via Tickets.

Since our services are offered at set prices, you never have to wonder whether your project is going over budget. In the event that additional work is required (such as added pages, etc.), your Producer will discuss the situation with you and adjust the budget and timeline.

All users can keep track of their Invoices inside Brand Desk on the Billing page. Additionally, Brand Desk makes it easy to review all transactions, all payment plans, and all earned rewards, royalties, and benefits.

We pride ourselves on thoroughly vetting all of our Artists (service professionals in various industries). We conduct interviews, require samples of previous work, request skills tests, and talk to their references. We do not hire new, untested talent—only highly qualified professionals with at least three years of experience in their field. Top professionals from all over the country visit our website and apply. Through a thorough interview and skills test process, we are able to hire those who have the skill level and commitment to excellence that Brand Desk requires. We also aggressively recruit talent by engaging the marketplace and introducing our platform to professionals who would thrive on it.

Once an Artist is accepted on Brand Desk, they build a Brand Desk reputation based on their approval rankings. Your Producer manages and coordinates with available Artists based on the parameters established during a detailed project consultation where you can fully express your vision.
